This policy describes the types of personal data we may collect from you or that you may provide when you create an account for your child to use Sage, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that personal data.

This policy applies to personal data we collect:

• In accessing and using the Site
• In creating an account for Sage
• In your child's use of the Sage Services
• In e-mail, text and other electronic messages sent through the Sage Services
• Through services provided by third-party companies, agents or contractors

It does not apply to personal data collected by:

• Us offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by Sage or any third party

Although Sage is designed for children, no one under age 18 may create an account directly for the Sage Services. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 except as provided in the COPPA Policy.

If you are under 13:

• You must have your parent or legal guardian create an account on your behalf
• Do not provide any personal data about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, or any pictures of you

If we learn we have collected personal data from a minor under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that data. If you believe we might have any personal data from or about a child under 13, please contact us at info@sageteacher.ai.

Protecting the privacy of our students is extremely important to us. Sage complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), which applies to the personal data that we knowingly collect from or about children under 13. Our COPPA Policy can be reviewed here.

No minor under 18 will be allowed to use Sage without parental consent.

We collect or may collect several types of personal data from and about you, your child who uses Sage, and other users of the Sage Services:

For Parents:

• Name, e-mail address, and time zone
• Financial and billing information (payment processor only has access to card details)
• Records of correspondence if you contact us

For Students:

• First name, age, and gender
• Learning progress data

Technical Information:

• Device and browser information
• IP address
• Geo-location information
• Date and time of visits

We collect this personal data:

• Directly from you when you provide it to us
• Automatically as you navigate through or use Sage
• From third parties that provide us or you with certain services

We will only use personal data for purposes described in this privacy policy and when applicable law allows us to do so. We use your personal data:

• To provide the Sage Services to students
